How to Order

When you place an order for one of my straps, it will be handcrafted to your bespoke specifications, and you will be asked to confirm the following information:

  • Your chosen strap design - all our designs are displayed in the Straps section of our online store (sub-categorized by leather type & colour)
  • Your required strap width - please refer to our sizing guide for assistance
  • Your required strap length - please refer to our sizing guide for assistance
  • Your chosen stitching (thread) colour - please refer to our stitching colour options page for assistance
  • Your chosen buckle style - please refer to our buckle options page for assistance

Below is a brief overview of the strap ordering process:


Step 1

After navigating to your chosen product within the Straps section of our online store, simply click on the product image to be taken to the product page which provides a detailed description of the product along with any relevant information.


Step 2

From the product page, enter your required strap width, strap length, stitching (thread) colour, and chosen buckle style, from the applicable drop down selection lists. After you have made the necessary selections, confirm your desired quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the product(s) to your shopping cart / basket.

You can view the contents of your shopping cart / basket at any time, by clicking on the Cart icon on the main menu bar or on the "View Basket" button located on the right hand side of the page.

Should you wish to order additional products, simply repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for each additional item.


Step 3

When you have finished adding products and are ready to complete your order, navigate to your shopping cart / basket and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. 

On the Checkout page you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information, including: name, address, telephone number, and email address. Please make sure to submit a valid email address, without it I will be unable to send you any email correspondence regarding your order.

Please enter any special instructions you may have into the "Order notes" section, and enter any promotional codes (coupons / discounts) into the "Apply Coupon" field.


Step 4

Once you have completed entering your details into the Checkout form, please click on the "Proceed to PayPal" button to be taken to their secure website to enter your payment details and make payment.

Please Note: Customers do not need a PayPal account to use Pay by PayPal; you can pay with your debit or credit card if you don’t have (or don't want) a PayPal account. 

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to register or checkout as a guest. There is no obligation to register with my web site, however I encourage you to do so, as it can save you time placing future orders and allows you to log in to view your order status and your past order history. You can register at any time by clicking on the My Account page, following the prompts to sign up for a new account.

Customers who chose not to register will still be sent order status updates to the email address specified on their order.


Step 5

Once you have made payment, to complete your purchase, simply click on the "Place Order" button to submit your order. You will receive an automated Order Acknowledgement in the form of a confirmational email, sent to the email address you specified in Step 3. 

I will review your order and email you personally to confirm all details and seek any clarifications if needed. Please take a moment to read my email and reply, as I require your response before commencing any work on your strap.

Next, having now verified your order details, I will email you again with a confirmed turn-around time for your order, this will include:

  • The date when work will commence on your strap
  • The anticipated shipment date (when your strap is scheduled to be posted to you)

You will also receive a further email update once your order has been shipped, this will include tracking number details to allow you to trace your parcel.
